Donors who give over $220 per year can expect their yearly giving statement to arrive by mail by the end of January. You can request a year-end receipt by calling CBN at 1-800-700-7000 and a representative will assist you.

Your online donation processes in one business day. Your first-time donation through mail or other method is processed within two business days of receiving. CBN processes an adjustment to your donation (increase/decrease/cancel) in three business days. If you need assistance, please call CBN at 1-800-700-7000.
CBN's ECFA accreditation ensures your information is secure. CBN and Operation Blessing International are fully in compliance with the Payment Card Industry (PCI) Data Security Standard for credit card processing and all credit card data is retained by third party certified payment processors. CBN does not hold any credit card numbers in our systems.
You will be issued a partner account as soon as your donation processes. A welcome packet will be mailed to the address you provided. It will contain your Partner Number as well as other helpful information.
